Who is eligible for the free $1k TryOut Account?

Is it really free? Do you need my card?
Yes, really free. No card at signup, no card later, no card field anywhere on this site. If a page asks for card details, it isn't us.
What are the exact rules of the challenge?
It follows our 1-Step structure: hit a 10% profit target ($100 on the free $1,000 account) without your equity or balance dropping 3% below the starting-of-day equity, and without breaching the 10% maximum loss limit. There is no time limit.
How does the daily and maximum loss limit work?
The daily loss limit is measured against your equity at the start of the trading day, and it counts floating losses, not just closed trades. The maximum loss limit trails your highest recorded balance, so it moves up as your account grows but never back down.
Is there a minimum number of trading days?
Yes. Like our 1-Step Pro accounts, you need a minimum of 2 trading days in the challenge phase and 2 trading days on the funded account. A trading day only counts when you place at least one genuine trade.
Is there a max risk per trade?
Yes. Maximum risk per trade idea is 2% of the initial account balance ($20 on the free $1,000 account), in both the challenge and funded phase. Trades in the same symbol and direction, opened at the same time or reopened within 2 minutes, count as one trade idea.
Can I trade news, and what leverage do I get?
News trading is fully allowed during the challenge. On funded accounts, no more than 30% of your total profits may come from high-impact news trades. Leverage is up to 1:50 on FX majors, 1:30 minors/exotics, 1:20 metals, 1:15 indices, 1:10 oil, 1:1 commodities and crypto.
How fast do you actually pay?
Same day. Once your funded account is active and you've made $25 in simulated profit, request the payout - it goes out that day in real cash. Payouts are subject to the consistency score: your largest profit day must stay at or below 50% of total profits, and all positions must be closed when you request.
What happens if I fail?
Breaching a hard rule ends the account immediately. There's nothing to refund because you paid nothing. Resets are available on paid accounts under our Help Center terms, and you can join a future season if we're still opening seats.
Can I have more than one account?
One free Tryout per person. Duplicate accounts get closed and forfeit any payouts.
Is this simulated or live capital?
Both the evaluation and the funded account are simulated. Payouts on the funded account are paid in real cash, derived from your simulated profit. All accounts also follow our General Trading Guidelines in the Help Center.
